Tonight, we wrapped up our Moonlight Paddle sessions for the winter season, marking the end of an incredible few months. Every Thursday from November through March, we gathered for unforgettable nights out on Salford Quays. Whether it was under the clear night sky or amidst the sometimes torrential rain, the sight of many paddlers and the city lights reflecting on the water, made each session special.
We paddled through all kinds of weather, making every outing a unique adventure. With options for everyone, from stable Katakanus for families to more challenging SUPs or kayaks for the adventurers among us, it’s been great to see so many of you embracing the magic of paddling at night.
But as we say goodbye to these sessions for now, we’re excited for what comes next. The clocks going forward this weekend mean extra daylight for our evening paddles and our summer season begin, and we’re hoping for plenty of sunshine! We’re so excited for what’s to come and can’t wait to have you join us again. Stay tuned as we’ll very shortly be announcing our summer season timetable!
On a final note, we just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us under the stars these past few months.
