We have a range of different paddlesports for you to try your hand at!

Whether you want to just have a go with one of our Open Hire sessions or book on to one of our courses through the year. Choose the right session for you and have fun, improve your technique and enjoy getting out on the water with friends.

Paddlesports are also a great way to keep fit and support your regular workout routine. If you’re looking to improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle strength, particularly in the back, arms, shoulders and chest, then paddlesports are definitely worth trying.

Perfect for beginners wanting to try watersports for the first time. A kayak is a small, narrow watercraft that users propel through the water with a double-bladed paddle. It’s different from canoeing by the sitting position of the paddler and the number of blades on the paddle.

Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)

You’ll have seen them on every beach abroad, SUPing is popular with all ages, especially with the Instagram ready generation. An offshoot of surfing, stand up paddle boarders stand on their boards and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water. It’s great fun for the whole family and also offers a great core workout at the same time. We use a variety of inflatable paddleboards on our sessions so any questions about them feel free to ask.

Giant SUP

If you’ve tried SUPing, then why not now have a go on one of our Giant SUP boards? Perfect to try with a group, whether it’s friends, family, work colleagues or on a Stag or Hen do. Explore together, race against each other or simply see who can stand up the longest…
