Open Water Swimming

Join us for a swim at Salford Quays! 

Here at Salford Watersports Centre we offer Open Water Swimming all year round from our base at Dock 8, Salford Quays. We pride ourselves on offering a friendly and supportive environment for supervised swimming.

Summer Swim Season – April – September/October

Our sessions offer:

  • Great value, with block passes available
  • Safety cover provided by our professional water safety team
  • Regulated water quality
  • Limited free on-site parking plus free alternative car parking close by
  • Warm showers/changing rooms
  • Professional coaching with the fantastic coaches at Swimming Matters

Session Times / Dates

  • Thursday Evening – 16:00 – 19:00 (Sessions will finish earlier each week in October due to light)
  • Sunday Morning – 09:30 – 11:45
  • Coaching available on Sundays
