Course highlights:

• Beginner to intermediate: Suitable for both novices and experienced boaters.
• Comprehensive learning: Gain essential skills in boat operation, navigation, and safety.
• Hands-on training: Engage in practical exercises covering key topics such as launching and recovery, high-speed handling, collision avoidance, and anchoring.

Course content:

• Fundamentals of boat operation: Learn the basics of powerboat handling, including starting and stopping the engine, and manoeuvring at different speeds.
• Navigation and charts: Gain an understanding of how to read charts and navigate using tides and weather conditions.
• Safety protocols: Learn essential safety techniques to ensure a safe experience on the water.

By the end of this two-day course, you will feel confident and competent in your ability to operate a small boat safely during daylight hours. This certification opens the door to a range of activities, from leisurely cruising to more adventurous water sports.
