Join us for a magical evening experience on Salford Quays! Every Thursday evening, we light up the water with an unforgettable night paddle that showcases the Quays at their most spectacular. Bring your glow sticks, head torches, and neon gear as we explore the waterways under the city lights.

Your Paddling Options

We offer different ways to experience the Quays at night, each suited to different preferences and comfort levels:

Rafted Canoes

Perfect for those who prefer a more stable and drier experience. These stable group boats are ideal for families, friends, or anyone who’d rather share their paddling adventure. You shouldn’t expect to get wet in our rafted canoes unless it’s raining! (Please see separate product listing for group sizes and youth requirements)

Solo Kayaks and SUPs

For those seeking a more personal adventure, our single kayaks welcome paddlers of all skill levels, including beginners. While we aim to keep everyone dry, kayaking does come with a chance of getting wet – it’s part of the fun! SUPs are available for experienced paddlers only.

Price: 

• £8 per person for Rafted Canoe / KataKanu
• £14 per person for KAYAK / SUP
• Wetsuit Hire – Optional £2 (Kayak or SUP)

Cancellation Policy: 

Strictly 72 hours, you must request a refund by emailing us at watersportscentre@scll.co.uk stating your name, your wish to cancel and the date and time of your booking.
