Beginner Session (1-1):

The session runs in the same way as the ride pass sessions but is 30 minutes rather than 15, this gives you time to learn the basics and practice standing up!

  • £30 for both Adults and Juniors
  • Available most days the Wakepark is open

Learn to Wakeboard

If you are looking for more of a group session, book onto one of our Learn to Wakeboard mornings and benefit from an extended session allowing you to spread out the riding and learning process and pick up tips from the others.

  • £30 per person for a 2-hour session (Up to 4 people can book on)
  • See here for availability

What’s Included

  • Wetsuit and Crash vest
  • Wakeboard rental (included in the cost)
  • 1-1 coaching

Requirements

  • All participants must be able to see and swim 30 metres unaided
  • Wakeboarding does require a reasonable level of fitness, but it’s not essential. Although the sessions seem short, they take up a lot of energy in a short space of time so it is a great workout!
  • Minimum age is 10 years old

What to bring

  • Swimwear (to go under a wetsuit)
  • Towel
  • Shoes to walk over to the Wakepark
  • 20p for a locker

Progression

Once you have completed this session you can then book either a ride pass or onto one of our Jams. Jams are a great way to socialise and pick up tips from regular riders, they are 3-hour sessions where each rider takes turns allowing you to space your ride out and take a well-earned breather!
