Open Water Swimming

Here at Salford Watersports Centre we offer Open Water Swimming all year round from our base at Dock 8, Salford Quays. We pride ourselves on offering a friendly and supportive environment for supervised swimming.

Our centre / sessions offer:

• Great value, with block passes and discounts for members available
• Safety cover provided by our professional water safety team
• Regulated water quality
• Limited free on-site parking plus free alternative car parking close by
• Warm showers/changing rooms
• Professional coaching with the fantastic coaches at Swimming Matters.

Current Timetable:

• Thursdays 17:00 – 19:30 (From the 11th April 2024)
• Sundays 10:15 – 11:30 (From the 21st April 2024 the session will be on earlier & longer)

Coming Soon: 

• Tuesday Evening Sessions (From May)
• Extended/longer sessions in the warmer months
